I spent twelve years in ministry and another three trying to explain what I learned there to people who’d never been in a pulpit. I built a framework — not because I wanted to — but because I needed one.

The Plainspoken Blueprint is what I use with myself. Every time I drift into credentials and away from truth, I go back to the eight movements. Every time I know what I believe but can’t say it, that’s where I start.

Clarity Day is me sitting with you in that same process.

It’s not coaching in the therapeutic sense. It’s not consulting in the business sense. It’s closer to what a good editor does: I ask until the real sentence comes out.
